Bridger wasn’t quite done and wanted more questions so he started making up his own questions like…

What were you like when you were a little baby? A little girl and your name was sandi

What was your favorite movie? I think it is sound of music

It was funny because then he started asking me all these questions about himself like what is his favorite superhero and said I did a great job after getting them right.

ultrasound results

I knew that I would be OK with the results today no matter what but I am sorry to have to say that the baby has stopped growing and this pregnancy will be ending in a miscarriage. As of right now I no longer need to take this crappy medication that at this point has just been delaying the process. I am hoping that I don't have to wait too long so that I can just move on.
I am sorry if you are finding this out via my blog - I hope you understand that this is the best way for me to let everyone know. I am thankful to have so many who care about me.

I've been tagged by my friend Maria. This was my 6th picture from my 6th folder.

It wasn't a great photo clarity wise but it is Bridgerman showing off his skills at climbing up the door frame. It doesn't surprise me that he can do this well.

the good & the bad

OK... so all who is interested in knowing how the ultrasound went...

My Dr. did finally see something today, however, there was still no heartbeat detected and it is also not measuring up so we continue to think that this will eventually end in m/c.

I have yet another ultrasound scheduled for next Thurs afternoon so... back to the waiting & wondering & taking this dreadful medication.

I am sorry if I haven't returned phone calls lately - I am dealing with so many emotions (in addition to feeling horrible) that it is just a little too much for me.

my girl (for one minute)

I have a Young Women's activity tonight where the girls have to find different leaders ~who are in disguise~ at a mall (a type of scavenger hunt) so I pulled out some diff options for my attire and this is the one that ryland liked. Isn't (s)he so cute?!

update on the pregnancy

i thought i would give a quick update on my situation...
we are feeling like we are out of the woods as far as ectopic pregnancy is concerned (phew!) but we are still concerned about the pregnancy itself.
last week my dr mentioned possible 'blighted ovum' after that ultrasound showed nothing in the sac. (sorry if that is TMI) my progesterone level also dropped quite a bit so I am now taking medication for that ~ it is very strong and makes me quite dizzy so i am not loving that).
i guess it is possible that it was still too early to see anything ??? but we should be able to determine if that is the case at my next ultrasound on friday ~ I will be just over 8 weeks. i will be happy when this is all behind me! i am beat!!

on a less serious note: we came home from Costco the other day and I noticed that wakely had a few extra lids and straws from the food court. i didn't think too much of it (other than he probably shouldn't have taken them) but after a short while he showed me what he had made out of it. I am always so amazed & amused with his creativity!!!

wakely's month of b's

This month definitely belonged to wakely. It was a big month for him. He celebrated his eighth birthday, got braces on his teeth, and was baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He had both grandma's and his beautiful Aunt L all come from Utah just for him. Bridger sang I am a child of God at the baptism -his first solo act and i thought it was sweet.
